Hey Good People, what do The Vietnam War, an American actress, and nail salons have in common? I am able to answer this burning question in this episode! I can remember my first day in an Asian owned nail salon and halfway being scared out of my mind due to anxiety/expectations, and halfway encouraged to do my best. The history behind the boom in Asian owned nail salons can be traced to a moment in history dedicated to the Vietnam War.
